We recognise that better engagement with our customers and stakeholders leads to better business. We recently reviewed our engagement plans and activities to help us improve the way we consider and embed their views in our decision-making.
This review has informed a new draft customer and stakeholder engagement framework as well as our engagement approach to developing our business plan and regulatory proposal.
