In accordance with the State Owned Corporations Act 1989, up to seven directors can be appointed including a director nominated by Unions NSW. The non-executive directors are subject to reappointment by the shareholders. The remuneration of non-executive directors is determined by the shareholders and paid for by Ausgrid.
