Standard Form Customer Connection Contract (SFCCC)
This document applies to all customers connected to the Ausgrid network and who have not entered into a separate negotiated customer connection contract. Under the Contract, Ausgrid has guaranteed customer service standards which include timely provision of services, giving notice before discontinuing supply or arranging disconnection, giving notice after disconnection, repairing faulty street lighting, providing a telephone service for customer queries.
