This form can be use to request metering data as an individual householder or as a third party.

You will need to have your NMI number (National Meter Identification) handy, as well as your dates of occupancy. For further information about response times, submission errors, and requirements for bulk and third party requests see meter data support.

What happens next? If you are making a metering data request for the first time or using a new e-mail address, we will send you a verification e-mail. Please verify your e-mail address using the link provided.

Once your verification is received your request will be processed. If we have not received confirmation of your email address within 10 business days your request will be cancelled.

When will I receive my data? Data will be provided within 10 days for a single request and 20 days for a bulk request from the date of e-mail verification.
