The graduate program is a comprehensive 2-year journey, consisting of four rotations, including on-the-job training and involvement in strategic projects.

Program Details

The Ausgrid Graduate Program paves the way for our graduates to perform and thrive in their career across multiple streams within our business. Across the two-year program, you will work on high-impact projects, with rotations across different parts of our business to provide you with a breadth of experiences and development opportunities to build a successful career.

Are you currently in your final year of an Engineering or Technology degree, or have graduated within the last 3 years?

We are  interested in hearing from graduates who have a focus on Software Engineering or Cyber Security, either as their primary qualification or a specialisation within another field of study.

Eligibility Criteria

  • You are currently in your final year of a relevant University degree, or have graduated within the last three years.
  • At the time of your application, you must hold an Australian/New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency.
