Governance

Ausgrid’s governance framework is designed to ensure that it is effectively managed, that statutory obligations are met and that a culture that lives our values is remains reinforced.

Our Board assumes overall responsibility for Ausgrid’s corporate governance overseeing the performance of the organisation, our management, employees and the interests of our shareholders and stakeholders.

The Board maintains five committees

The Executive has four committees

• Investment
• Transformation
• Operations
