How to contact Ausgrid

With the forecast set for potentially turbulent weather across our network over the coming Summer months, we would like to remind everyone of how to get in touch with Ausgrid, and how to remain safe around electricity.

• If you have a general inquiry, and would like to talk to our contact centre, please call 13 13 65
• If you would like to report an outage or electrical hazard, please call 13 13 88
• To stay up to date with current power outages, please visit the outage map on our website – www.ausgrid.com.au/outages

A reminder, if you see fallen powerlines, always assume they are live and stay at least 8 meters away. Never approach them and report them to us on 13 13 88. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 000.
