Register of completed embedded generation projects

The following is a register of completed embedded generation (EG) projects connected to Ausgrid's network. This register was established on 1 October 2014 and is updated annually in December. It provides information for connections made under the Chapter 5 connection process (for connections made in the past 5 years) and the Chapter 5A connection process (for connections made since 1st March 2015) in the National Electricity Rules.

The register includes where relevant and available, details of the plant technology, maximum power capacity, contribution to fault levels, size and rating of the relevant transformer, single line diagram, protection and communication systems, and voltage control and reactive power capability.

Where the customer has accepted a connection agreement for connection of embedded generation (excluding micro EG as defined by AS4777 and the NER).
