The following data sets are shared for research purposes, and/or to meet Ausgrid's regulatory requirements.

Looking for recent past outages?

If you are a residential customer looking for recent past outage information for an insurance claim please register and log-in to our claims portal and complete an Incident Request Form. For all other outage queries please call Ausgrid General Enquiries on 13 13 65.

All planned and unplanned sustained outages (>3 mins in duration) are available in section ‘6.3 Sustained interruptions’ of the Regulatory Information reports on the AER’s website.
