Electricity is the fuel we use in our everyday lives for things like: lighting, heating, appliances, computers, telephones and games. You cannot see it, but it's always there. Just imagine what it would be like to live in a world with no electricity.

Electricity lets us use all kinds of appliances like kitchen gadgets, washing machines, TVs and gaming consoles. It's what charges out phones, tablets and laptops, and it's also behind things like public transport and big industry.

Electricity helps hospitals run, keeps schools connected, and powers how we communicate and work together. It’s everywhere in our lives, making things easier, faster, and more connected.
