Under 100 Amps
This form should be used to apply for new connections to:
- Establish a residential or commercial connection up to 100 Amps; and
- Do not have plant, motors or equipment rated at 30 Amps or more;
- Intend to connect multiple premises where the total maximum demand at the location is 100 Amps or less
Over 100 Amps
This form should be used if you require a:
- New connection above 100 Amps OR;
- New connection at high voltage
Permanently Unmetered Supply (PUMS)
You are seeking to alter, disconnect, or apply for a new permanently unmetered supply.
Subdivision
Please note: If your connection requires the network to be extended or upgraded (augmented) you will be responsible for costs of network augmentation and you will be responsible for arranging and paying relevant Accredited Service Providers (ASPs) to do the augmentation work.
