NS211 Annexure F: Asbestos Product Guide
The aim of this guide is to assist workers and trainers to better identify asbestos-containing products found on Ausgrid assets.
Scope
This Asbestos Product Guide (APG) is a collection of data sheets, each representing a unique asbestoscontaining products that are often found on Ausgrid assets.
Each data sheet contains a description, identification, common names used to describe these products, and photographs for easy identification of the products for workers who may not have come across those products.
There is also a safety section describing the level of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, procedures, precautions, and regulations required when working in the vicinity of or removing those products.
