To request an address update for a National Metering Identifier (NMI) within the Ausgrid network, please complete the form below.
All mandatory fields must be filled out to ensure your request can be processed. Supporting documentation is required and may include a copy of a rates notice, a letter from council confirming the change, or a lease agreement accompanied by photos of the meter, meter box, or property frontage showing the street number.
