What you'll need to submit your claim
The following information may help support your claim:
- Dates of the incident or event
- The location/address where the incident occurred
- A description of the incident
- Details of what you are claiming, including receipts/repair reports/quotes, and any other independent documentation that you already have to support your claim
- Itemised lists and approximate values of any damaged items
- Vehicle registration details
You will need to register for an Ausgrid Customer Portal account. This will allow you to log in, submit your claim, and check for progress updates.
