Secure access to Ausgrid’s online services

Ausgrid is moving towards providing a single, secure digital front door. Industry partners such as Accredited Service Providers (ASPs), electrical contractors, councils and solar retailers, as well as customers like property developers and property owners can use one secure sign-in to access multiple Ausgrid services.

This experience uses enhanced security, including multi‑factor authentication (MFA), to help protect your information and make it easier to move between Ausgrid services without multiple logins.

Ausgrid Sign-In will be active from June 2026.
