Ownership and governance 

Ausgrid is 49.6% owned by the NSW Government, 8.4% owned by AustralianSuper, 25.2% owned by IFM Investors, and 16.8% owned by APG Asset Management Group.

Ausgrid has a strong and unique shareholder base, with the majority ownership held by the NSW Government. Our institutional investors have a long-term investment outlook and a proven track record of supporting their investments.
